Since September 2022, Robin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Western Switzerland (HES-SO). He teaches mathematics to the 1st- and 2nd-year students in engineering. His research interests revolve around relationship between the underlying network structures of physical systems and the dynamics thereof, with a particular focus on power grids.

After a Master's in Mathematics in the University of Geneva, Robin joined the HES-SO a first time to do his PhD. From 2020 to 2022, he joined the Center for Control, Dynamical Systems, and Computation at the University of California in Santa Barbara for a postdoc.
